Shipping policy

Australia:

Standard Shipping - $10 flat rate

Express Shipping - $15 flat rate

Free Standard Shipping available on all orders over $150 (Australia only)

 

International:

We unfortunately cannot ship to the UK at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. 

International customers are responsible for all duties and customs.

International postage costs vary, and are automatically calculated upon checkout.

All products are shipped from Ballarat, Australia using Australia Post . 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 5 business days of ordering (exluding custom orders or pre-order, stated on the product page). Orders may take longer during special events or 'busy periods' eg. Festive Season. If you have any concerns, or feel that your order is taking too long, please get in touch. 

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but here is a rough guideline.

Australia: 2 - 7 business days

Rest of the world: 4 - 15 business days

Tracking numbers will be provided once your item/s are shipped. 

All items are posted in compostable/recyclable packaging including the shipping labels.
